Q: Is there any cost for employers/schools or employees/students to join in RideFinders?
A: Madison County Transit operates RideFinders as a FREE service for the region through funding from the U.S. Department of Transportation and Federal Highway Administration.
Q: Is there a minimum number of employees/students required to join in RideFinders?
A: No. Every employer or school, from Fortune 500 companies to small schools, that joins RideFinders increases the likelihood that their employees or students will carpool or vanpool.

Q: Does participation in RideFinders take much time and effort for employers/schools?
A: A participating employer or school assigns an onsite contact called the "ETC" to perform basic administrative tasks that require minimal time and effort.
